Revolver New York developed the branding for Arrosto, a fun, contemporary and Italian American restaurant located in Port Chester, New York. Arrosto's co-owner Godfrey Polistina (Cesca, and founder of Carmine's, Ouest and Virgil's BBQ) brings to the suburbs his style of urban Italian dining featuring a seasonal menu. Arrosto Executive Chef John Di Lemme (original Arrosto Chef, and previously at Del Posto, Gilt and Felidia's), masterfully prepares the area's best farm-to-table ingredients to create cuisine that is bursting with fresh tastes and flavors. The menu ranges from grilled meats and seafood, house-made pastas, Neapolitan wood fired pizzas and house-made desserts that can be enjoyed share style or as individual plates. The 250-seat restaurant was designed by Niemitz Design Group of Boston.
